Laboratory Introduction

As a noted manufacturer in welding consumables field in China, our laboratory was founded in 2007 and earned Laboratory Accreditation Certificate of China Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (Registration No. CNAS L4263). Our laboratory is mainly in charge of the testing of raw materials of welding consumables and chemical composition, mechanical properties, physical properties and metallic corrosion of products as well as welding procedure qualification test and so on.

The scope of testing:

The operation of welding, processing and testing of metallic welding specimens for the industries of boiler, pressure vessel, pressure pipe, bridge, shipbuilding, power plant, nuclear power plant, steel structure and so on.

The applicable materials:

Carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, nickel-based alloy, copper-based alloy, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, hardfacing and so on.
