Our company currently has around 700 employees, while more than 70 working in the research and development center, which is more than 10% of the total employees.  The leading team in R&D center has more than 30 years of the actual welding and testing experience, especially in technical adjustment on the production line and in raw material formula.  With enough time on actual practices, numerous testing and innovating ideas, Gintune Welding stood strong and tall and was able to break through to the leaders in the domestic market in China.  We have more than 40 technicians in the R&D center who is familiar with the technical adjustment on the production line or raw material formula.  Under the R&D center, 30% holds a Master’s degree or higher, 70% holds a Bachelor’s degree, and more than half of team has more than 10 years of welding material development experience.  They formed a system based on working experience and each of the senior technicians would take younger technicians and form a small “class” group.  With those “classes” constantly in session, R&D team was able to run smoothly while different teams working together efficiently.
